Felicity Baddeley
Felicity has worked in the Disability sector for over 20 years in a variety of roles including Support Coordination, Manager Community Support (Complex Behaviour Team), Team Leader Individualised Planning and Support (North East region). Felicity specialises in working with families and young people with complex and multiple support needs. She has experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams including Child Protection, Department of Education and Disability Services. She has experience in Supported Disability Accommodation and Supported Independent Living.
Andrea Morrison
Andrea is an experienced and energetic Support Coordinator with over 20 years’ experience in the Disability Sector. Her roles include Support Coordination, Manager Community Support (Complex Behaviour Team), Team Leader Individualised Planning and Support (North East region), Royal Children’s Hospital Family Choice Program. She is successful in building, coordinating and motivating large support teams. Andrea specialises in working with children and adults with complex medical needs and behaviours. She has experience in Supported Disability Accommodation and Supported Independent Living.
Gavin Rieschieck
Gavin has 15 years of work experience in the disability sector with a focus on person-centered disability supports. Gavin has worked as an Individual Support Package (ISP) Planner (the State Government system preceding the NDIS), with the NDIA as a Planner (developing plans and processing plan participant review requests), as a NDIS Support Coordinator as well as managing a team of Support Coordinators. Gavin has experience supporting participants with complex needs with expertise with writing applications and reports to help participants source the supports and funding that they need.
Gemma Dodevska
Gemma has over ten years of experience in the Disability sector working as a disability support practitioner in service coordination and service management roles, including NDIS coordination and Supported Accommodation. Gemma also works as a research assistant and is a current PhD candidate. Gemma has an interest in outcomes measurement in disability services and also supports the coordination of quality activities at WRC.

Danni Lucidi
Danni has worked in the disability sector for over 10 years. Her experience includes roles as an NDIS Support Coordinator and in Intake and Customer Service within disability services. She also has a background in the Early Years sector, having worked in Early Childhood Intervention Services (ECIS) and early learning centres (ELCs).
Danni brings extensive experience supporting children and families with complex needs and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
Donna Bailey
Donna is a caring and dedicated practitioner with deep experience supporting people with disabilities in both their homes and communities. She spent many years working in Victorian government departments, including in residential services within what is now known as Supported Independent Living (SIL). In these roles, she supported individuals to reconnect with their communities during shifting housing policy environments and worked closely with people with complex support needs.
Donna later moved into leadership positions coordinating and managing individualised community supports within non-government disability service organisations. In these roles, she oversaw teams delivering personalised supports designed around each person’s preferences and the life they wanted to live. Now working as a Support Coordinator, Donna enjoys partnering with families to help them select services, implement their NDIS plans, and strengthen their decision-making capacity so they can live safely, confidently, and in a way that reflects what matters most to them.
Ursula Ribaric
Ursula began her career as a Visual Merchandiser before moving into the disability sector, where she worked within the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) in both direct‑care and supervisory roles in what is now known as Supported Independent Living (SIL). During this time, she supported people in departmental residential services and led frontline teams delivering daily living supports.
She later moved into the non‑government sector, where she led personalised community service teams and oversaw the matching of participants with support workers who could provide personalised support aligned with each person’s vision of a good life.
With a strong interest in health and wellbeing, Ursula brings extensive knowledge of Victorian housing and community services. She has experience working alongside people with intellectual disabilities and their families, supporting them to live well through connected, personalised, and outcomes‑focused practice.
Belinda Scholes
Belinda has lived experience of disability within her own family, which has strongly influenced her commitment to personalised, person-centred support. Earlier in her career, she worked in large corporate environments – including Ford and Telstra – where she led finance and contract management teams and developed strong organisational, analytical, and leadership skills.
After having children, Belinda chose to transition into the disability sector, beginning casual direct-care work in DFF (formerly DHS) SIL houses. She quickly progressed into supervisory roles within departmental residential services and broadened her practice knowledge by completing an Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management.
Over the past 15 years, Belinda has worked across government and community organisations supporting people with complex behaviours, intellectual disabilities, and significant medical needs, always with a focus on personalised and meaningful support. As a Support Coordinator, she is particularly passionate about working with children and vulnerable families, helping them access the supports they need to live safely, confidently, and in alignment with their good life.
